The team is open and honest and have been very supportive in what has been a challenging time for our family. Thank you and I highly recommended this home for your loved ones in need.

- Alena Added March 28, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★My grandma was at Bluecross Silverwood for over 5 years. She called the facility her home and the staff her friends. Over the last few years, we have got to know many of the staff who I can only describe as kind, selfless, caring and compassionate.
The last 2 years has been really punishing on everyone, especially in the aged care sector. I have seen first hand how exhausted the staff are, finishing late, taking less breaks all whilst juggling the emotional and physical needs of the residents. I can't tell you how grateful I am for them. The staff is what makes Silverwood so special.
Thanks to everyone at Silverwood for taking such good care of my grandma- she was truly blessed to have you in her life.
