You were so very kind and patient when I was losing it. Honoring her request for a cremation was a difficulty that you made so very much easier. You are so very different from the cold business of death I encountered with other funeral directors.

Overheard her in the background when talking to a different nicer person there complaining that we were calling in too much. Avoid. Used them in 2018.
